I've seen a few people theorise that Harry is one of Voldemort's horcruxes and I refuse to believe it! If Rowling makes Harry commit suicide, or otherwise kills him off in the next book, I will burn all my Potter books in protest!! Well.. maybe not, but I'll be really cranky.
After all, Harry Potter is the "boy who lived", not the "boy who died". :)

It is an interesting theory - there are lots of those floating about on the internet that I have come across. Somewhere I read someone's theory that Dumbledore was a horcrux and Snape is in on the whole horcrux thing and that is why he did what he did. But I'm thinking it would be impossible for Voldemort to turn Dumbledore into a horcrux - much more feasible that he implanted a part of his soul in baby Harry. But hopefully complete hogwash! Because Harry is the "boy who lived".
