A diva already?

Not only has Emma decided that bottles are not for her, now she will only accept being breastfed if we go into our room for feeds. No talking allowed.

If anyone talks, sneezes, coughs etc that's it - feed is over and she cries and cries.

If we are not at home in our room, the feed will last a minute or 2 and then its cry time again.

I know breast is best but no one ever said it would be this restrictive! It is supposed to be heaps easier! Now I have to fit my shopping around her feeds so that I'm home in time. As for visiting people, well I just have to put up with the frequent 2 minute feeds or go home.

I hope she grows out of it soon!

Nice

I'd just like to say how nice it is how many people stocked up on U2 tickets and then immediately posted them up on Ebay. That is so wrong and unfair to everyone concerned, the fans who couldn't get tickets because it sold out and to U2 for missing out on the extra money these sellers are going to get.

It's not right. There is one guy selling tickets with the claim "oh these are extras my friend and I both bought tickets at the same time". Sure mate, that's why you've got them for Brisbane, Sydney etc and are selling them for several hundred dollars more than they cost you! Liar.

I like bargains

Books for Daniel's My First Leap Pad are usually around $27 each. Target are selling a variety of them for $5! Christmas presents solved!

Winnie the Pooh would be horrified.

If Pooh discovered in his honey pots what I discovered in ours just a few minutes ago! Ants! Hundreds of the little suckers drowned in the jar and yet still many more eager to join in the death trap of sweetness.

I followed the trail of ants around the ceiling, down the wall, into the pantry, around several shelves until the trail let to the honey jar. I don't remember who opened it last but the lid wasn't on properly and now the jar is full of ants floating in honey. Like those insects in amber from Jurassic Park.

I wish we had an echidna.
