Feeling' squirmy
Went to the doctor for my monthly check up today and heard baby's heartbeat for the first time. 148 bpm and sounding healthy. Good news! Hopefully an ultrasound will be booked for next week. Can't feel any kicking yet but sometimes there is this weird squirmy sensation. The baby must be turning over or something. It was good to finally get some real recognition that there is actually something there.

but the quack sounds just like an echo, so it's easy to miss ... :)
wish I could have heard the heartbeat, looking forward to seeing an ultrasound of more than a "sac". we've created life, just like on simpson's halloween where the little people build a spaceship and zap Bart inside his head :)

Yay! Glad to hear bub has a hale and healthy heartbeat and is getting squirmy. :)
I saw the Mythbusters busting the echoing quack myth, those white ducks they had were soooo beautiful! And funny that they would only quack at each other, hehehehe.
